On a scale of 1 to 10 Travis is a 20+. He put together a group of houses for us to look at with little notice, actually no notice. Spent an afternoon running around Lubbock looking at houses. Travis was very friendly, patient and enjoyable to be around. We feel we where very lucky to have Travis as our agent. We ended up at the end of the day putting an offer on a house and getting it. Don't know if it was luck, or some awesome Travis magic, i think it was alot of Travis's hard work. Even after the sale he has made sure that the transition into the home is going smoothly. Outstanding work. Travis went the extra mile for us every step of the way. We were in contact prior to arriving in town, and when we arrived, Travis was ready with a list of properties that met all our requirements. He was knowledgeable about the area and helped us determine which properties would most likely suit us. We only toured homes for two days before finding one that was perfect for us.
